Keith Malley conducts a private law practice based in Arlington, Virginia, where he has maintained offices for over ten years, providing sophisticated and cost effective outside General Counsel legal services to business people, government contractors and other privately held companies and nonprofit organizations. As outside General Counsel, Mr. Malley provides not only business legal services, but also strategic business consultation, and coordination of other legal specialists as required.

Mr. Malley obtained his JD from the Georgetown University Law Center, and began his legal practice as an associate with the Washington, DC law firm Trammell, Rand, Nathan & Lincoln. Within a few years, he moved in house as General Counsel with NTW Incorporated, a national retail and franchise business, later acquired by Sears Roebuck. He later worked in house as Legal Counsel with Simione Center Holdings, Inc., a public company in the home health care industry.

Keith has lived in the Congo and Pakistan as well as in the United States. He is a member of the Bar of Virginia, Maryland, the District of Columbia and Georgia. He is married with two children.
