Keith Malley was born in Massachusetts in March 1953. He spent his first eleven years in the US, and the next seven overseas in Pakistan and the Congo. He obtained his BA in 1975 from Georgetown University, and his JD in 1979 from the Georgetown Law Center, in Washington, DC.

Keith began legal practice in 1980 with the Washington law firm Trammell, Rand, Nathan & Lincoln, working with international tax planning. In 1983, Keith joined NTW Incorporated, a national retail tire chain based in Northern Virginia, where he served as General Counsel with responsibility for all legal aspects of the business.

Mr. Malley moved to private law practice in 1989, opening offices in Washington, DC. The practice was primarily based in the areas of corporate law, business law and government contracts, and expanded into technology law, employment law and nonprofit organizations during the early 1990s.

From 1995 through 1997, Keith served as Legal Counsel with Simione Central Holdings, Inc., a publicly listed software and consulting company in the home health care industry, based in Atlanta, Georgia. There, he provided key legal support to accomplish complex software licensing transactions, corporate acquisitions and securities law requirements.

Keith relocated back to Northern Virginia in 1997, and is now located in convenient offices at Arlington's Courthouse Square. He continues to provide legal service and strategic counsel to business and technology clients requiring sophisticated and cost effective legal solutions.

Keith Malley is married, and lives in Northern Virginia with his wife of twenty years and their two children.
