Keith Malley operates a private solo law practice in Arlington, Virginia, where he has maintained offices since 2000. He provides sophisticated cost effective business legal services to government contractors and other privately held companies and nonprofit organizations, including companies based outside the US. As an experienced business attorney Keith not only provides a broad array of business legal services, but also strategic consultation and coordination of other legal specialists as required.

Mr. Malley obtained his JD from the Georgetown University Law Center, and began legal practice as an associate with the Washington, DC law firm Trammell, Rand, Nathan & Lincoln. He has also served in house as General Counsel with NTW Incorporated, a national retail and franchise business, and with Simione Central Holdings, Inc., a public company in the home health care industry.

Keith is the son of a Foreign Service Officer and grew up in Pakistan and the Congo. He is a member of the Bar of Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia. In his free time, he enjoys soccer, kayaking, and the Grateful Dead. He is married with two children.
